(English) Villa Cora is a 19th-century building surrounded by a park with outdoor swimming pool. Just 2 km from the centre of Florence and Santa Maria Novella Train Station, it offers free parking. Villa Cora is a 20-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery.
The hotel has a Wellness Center with a sauna, hammam, caldarium, fitness room, manicure/pedicure room, massage room. There is an outdoor heated swimming pool in the hotel garden.
In the ancient restaurant hall, delicacies of Italian and European cuisine are served, and the wine cellar stores a collection of fine wines. The bar offers an excellent selection of exquisite drinks and cocktails. The outdoor terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Florence and the gardens for cocktails, private dinners, banquets, etc.
The hotel has 46 rooms of various categories. Each of the rooms is individually decorated, inspired by the styles of different eras and trends, as well as the images of famous guests who stayed at the hotel, for example, the Japanese Emperor or Princess Eugenie, the wife of Napoleon III. Oriental motifs, the furnishings of an elegant 19th-century aristocratic home, the atmosphere of 1940s America, antique furniture, antiques and original works of art are perfectly combined with modern comfort. The rooms offer wonderful views of Florence’s architecture and picturesque hills.
Villa Cora became an exclusive grand hotel at the end of 1960 and reopened in late 2010 after a detailed three-year restoration. In 2016, Villa Cora becomes part of The Leading Hotels of the World, an international collection of luxury independent hotels.
(English) The rooms (18 m2) are located in the 3 buildings that composed the property: the Villa, the Villino Eugenia and Le Follie. Most of our Classic rooms offer view over our internal park and our pool.

(English) 23 m2 rooms are located in the Villa with private balcony and refined Moorish decorations or in the Villino Eugenia with light colours and ceilings
representing rare and exotic subjects. Precious fabrics, antiques and elegance are the predominant elements of each room.
(English) 40 m2 Junior Suites on the first floor, the Noble Floor, have original antique parquet floors and original frescoed ceilings with four-poster beds. On the second floor Junior Suites are rose-themed boudoirs and the Junior Suite on the fourth floor is unique in style with violet velvet schemes, white and gold hand painted decors, three big windows overlooking the garden. The one in Villino Eugenia has view over the pool and painted ceiling in pastel colors. All of them have view on our private garden and are composed by a bedroom with working area and en suite marble bathroom.
(English) 70 m2 The Family Room is situated in the Villa on the third floor known as the «Moorish Floor». It is composed of two spacious and beautiful rooms. The first is the master bedroom while the second has two single beds. There are two marble bathrooms with prune color wooden floor and a panoramic terrace. The Family room can accommodate up to 4 adults.
(English) At our Restaurant Le Bistrot you will find the typical Tuscan cuisine reinterpreted in a more modern way by the Executive Chef Alessandro Liberatore, which uses only seasonal products, mainly locally sourced.
At lunch the casual menu offers the most famous Classics of the Italian tradition while at dinner the gastronomic menu goes on stage.
During winter the Restaurant is located in the charming Moorish Room, one of the most evocative and fascinating rooms of the Villa with its oriental style and domed ceiling with original frescoes by Antonio Caremmi.
During summer the restaurant is in the winter garden by the pool where our Guests can relax in an elegant yet informal atmosphere and admire the beauty of the park.

(English) The Ceramics Room, once the dining room of the Baron Oppenheim, is now the location of the Hotel Bar, dominated by a long glass table with LED lighting that offers striking play of light on the original sideboards of the mid-1800s where we keep the best whiskey labels.

Additionally , the center offers healthy restaurant menus in accordance with the programs.
