A fortified village dating back to the 15th century, the island of Sveti Stefan is a uniquely atmospheric setting of cobbled lanes, handsome courtyards and serene sea views. Hand-restored stone buildings house the 51 Rooms, Cottages and Suites on the island, each one individually styled to showcase original details and to harmonise with the centuries of history that give the isle its inimitable charm.
Aman Sveti Stefan is divided between Sveti Stefan island and Villa Milocer on the mainland. While the island and its facilities are open seasonally from 1 May to 15 October, Villa Milocer and the Aman Spa on the mainland remain open year-round.
The island of Sveti Stefan houses fifty rooms, cottages and suites connected by stone steps and cobbled paths. These meticulously restored dwellings feature hand-rendered stucco, stone and local oak, in keeping with the village’s rustic legacy, with views out to sea or over fragrant gardens.
On the mainland, the 19th-century Villa Miločer lies on the coastline amid some 800 olive trees, surrounded by ancient forests of pine and cedar. The residence is home to six elegant suites, with two further suites in a separate building.

Elegantly furnished in delicate natural tones, the rooms are bright, airy and spacious, housing a king-sized bed for a restful night’s sleep, an en-suite and some with living and dressing rooms. Retaining both history and charm, the cottages are an idyllic base for exploring the beautiful surrounding landscapes.
(60-100 m2) Former fisherman’s cottages with views of roof tops, streets, cottages or the Piazza. Deluxe Cottages are defined by either their larger size, outdoor sitting area or sea views.

(105 m2) Two bedrooms, both with king-sized beds offer guests comfort and privacy, while a spacious shared bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and WC, and dressing area makes the cottage perfect for families. The master bedroom has is integrated living area for a little extra space, and nature-inspired décor throughout creates a sense of serenity.
Well-suited to families with children, the 145 m2 two-bedroom suite has a unique cottage feel, offering a tranquil retreat with views over Sveti Stefan and Miločer Bay. Two king-sized bedrooms, both with en suites are joined by a connecting living area, balancing privacy with plenty of space for socialising. From a design perspective, the suite uses carefully considered materials such as wood and stone to seamlessly integrate with its charming natural surroundings.
Among the cobbled streets of Sveti Stefan island, a private courtyard links two separate buildings, creating a unique three-bedroom cottage, ideal for families with children. For socialising, large private terraces offer breathtaking views over the Adriatic Sea, leading to magical evenings spent watching the sunset. Inside, an airy living area invites guests to make themselves at home. The layout, with one king-sized master bedroom, one smaller king-sized bedroom and one twin-bedroom, offers ample space and privacy, with each guest room boasting its own en suite.
With two king-sized bedrooms and three spacious terraces spread across two floors, the Adriatic Suite is ideal for families seeking a little more space. At 155 m2 in size, it offers a large living room inside, while outside, guests can make the most of Adriatic Sea views. Each bedroom is en suite, ensuring comfort and privacy, while a bright, neutral colour scheme creates a calming atmosphere that lets in an abundance of natural light. The Adriatic Suite can also be combined with an interconnecting Cottage to cater for larger groups.
Designed over two floors, the Sveti Stefan Suite offers a private swimming pool and breathtaking sea views from a tranquil terrace, as well as a spacious interior spread over 165 m2. With elegant tonal whites and natural wood furnishings, the space has a calm yet welcoming atmosphere, ideal for couples seeking a little more space. A sumptuous king-sized bed is accompanied by a separate living area with fireplace, a dining area, pantry, en-suite bathroom and a steam room – the perfect pick-me up.
