(English) Kento Bay Restaurant offers Mediterranean seafood cuisine that can also be enjoyed under the beach umbrella with the gastronomic proposals of the ‘Mangiare d’Amare by Kento’ formula. In the evening, under the moonlight shining on the sea, Kento brings out its gourmet soul with the sophisticated and delicious cuisine proposed by Michelin-starred chef Theodor Falser, for romantic or convivial evenings of excellent food.

DINNER
‘Kento’, a name that ideally unites Japan and Sardinia. In the Japanese language, this word refers to health. In Sardinian, it refers to the people who have reached 100 years of age. Longevity also linked to eating well, then. The proposal of Michelin-starred Theodor Falser brings to our tables an interpretation of his Pan-Asian cuisine using local ingredients: fish, meat and vegetables from Sardinia lend an original flavour to dishes typical of the Far East, in a gastronomic proposal unique to the island that can only be savoured here. An enchanting location, where the moon is reflected in the waves of the sea, ideal for romantic dinners or in the company of friends. Flavours that cannot be found elsewhere. A unique taste experience, even when it comes to the wine list.
An experience we would definitely recommend is dinner served directly on the beach, with dedicated table and service, at an additional charge.

LUNCH
During a day spent on the beach, by the pool or in the shade of the pine trees in our garden, it is really nice to enjoy the sea breeze under the gazebo, savouring typical Mediterranean dishes from both land and sea. We have dedicated a part of the menu to children: for them, too, there is a rich choice of dishes they will love!

Homemade gelato and traditional Italian pizzas are an absolute must at Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi. Ice cream truck offers delicious varieties for young and old around the clock, while the oven in our pizza house works at full speed every day.
Pizzas are baked according to traditional recipes — often even by world champions in the art of pizza. Whether it’s a classic Margherita or a pizza with burrata cheese and eggplant: Enjoy to the fullest that dish which is considered the epitome of Italy all over the world!

Bar with a special twist: Indoors we serve culinary delights from Japan, while on the terrace we tempt you with the best cocktail creations. Here, not only the view of the crystal clear sea is a highlight — the bar also offers a select range of culinary delicacies such as sushi, nigiri, tempura and ceviche, as well as high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Enjoy special moments — from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks — until late at night.

While the youngest ones can let off steam in Falky Land or visit the petting zoo, older kids can look forward to an adventurous programe as well as workshops for various interests.
